we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated joiner to join our growing team. as part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality joinery work on a range of exciting construction projects across the North West. this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to top-tier projects and work within a supportive, dynamic environment.

key responsibilities:

• perform 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks, including making good
• carry out dry lining and ceiling fixing where necessary
• interpret technical drawings and site documentation to ensure accurate delivery
• plan and organise daily tasks in collaboration with the site manager
• maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure the quality of work at all stages
• ensure strict adherence to site health and safety procedures

what we’re looking for:

• proven experience in the joinery trade
• valid CSCS card (essential)
• first aid at work certificate (desirable, but not essential)
• a competent tradesman with a broad understanding of other trades
• exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
• self-motivated, reliable, and positive with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
• good communication and teamwork abilities
• basic IT skills
• full UK/EU driving licence
