Scope of Work:
Urban Design and Construct efficiently handled both the roof replacement and interior renovation of Brunswick Church's lounge, installing a new low - level insulated roof and the room underwent a complete decoration.
Challenges Faced:
One of the major challenges encountered was ensuring the building remained watertight during the roof stripping process.
Additionally, the church was actively using other areas while work was being carried out in the lounge, necessitating minimal noise and scheduling disruptive tasks in the early morning before members of the church community arrived.
